Processing of personal information
We only store the information necessary to complete your order. Including name, address, telephone number and email. All information will be kept strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to a third party not directly connected with the order Processing. We will provide the email address and phone number to Post Danmark in order to inform you of the delivery time etc. – the information is not used for marketing – neither by us, nor by Post Danmark.
Payment
To be able to deliver as soon as possible, please use your credit card. For credit card payments, we can start the order processing immediately. For prepayment, the order Processing will not start until the amount is visible in our account — typically 1-3 days after you transfer the amount. For prepayment, please use the transfer text (the primary, short text) Order * * * * and indicate exactly the amount the order reads.
If you give up another transfer text, you risk our system from ignoring the deposit and the amount is first detected by manual review, a few days after. For partial deliveries, the amount of the entire order is raised after shipment of the first delivery. Payment will be charged to your account only when the item is shipped.

Shipping costs (Shipping)
The shipping costs cover postage and handling. We use Post Danmark for both letter and parcel shipments. For large or heavy packs, Danske fragtmænd is used. The price is calculated based on the weight and volume of the total order. The weight given to the individual items is incl. Package packaging. Shipments in Denmark Kr. 69.00 (up to 10 kg, and depending on volume)
Delivery
The delivery time is usually from day to day (for 9 out of 10 orders) if the order is posted before USD 16:00. However, it will take about 10 days if not all items ordered are stock items. In case of prepayment, delivery is delayed by approximately 3 days. Above.
Right of withdrawal
A 14-day right of withdrawal is granted for goods purchased via a distance purchase Goods Act. If you regret a purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. (See section 12. Return to us) we will then indicate the amount paid within 14 days.
Upon return, a copy of the invoice, an indication of the reason for the return of the goods and an indication of the bank account number to which the money is to be transferred, if we do not have this 3 information, will be returned. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same way as it was submitted.
We do not receive shipments sent as "receiver pays" or postal charges.
ComplaintsA 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with Goods Act. If you have received the wrong, defective or defective item, it should be sent to us. (See section 12. Return to us) then we will send you the correct item or a new intact item. Remember to specify the reason for the return. And remember to enclose this reason statement with the returned item. Mails on this subject are not read by the repairer, therefore this requirement. In case of complaints about defects and deficiencies that we cannot reproduce with reasonable thoroughness, a fee of DKK 200.00 is charged, covering survey and return shipping to you. The fee is charged prior to the return of the product. This fee is also levied on identified deficiencies due to improper use.
Damaged shipment
If the item is damaged on receipt, you must complain to Post Danmark — it is not because we do not want to deal with such cases, but Post Danmark's rules say that it is the recipient — not the sender — who must advertise damaged packages. When creating a complaint/request, the "date of shipment" corresponds to the date on the order email with "Status: Sent". Check if necessary. The "Ca. Date" field, as our system does not distinguish whether the package reached from us to the post office or not. If the email is received after noon. 18:00 — The closing time of the post office, the package will only be sent the following day.
Subject of dispute
Any dispute between the business and the customer is governed by Danish law.

Order confirmation
Orders will be checked, processed and confirmed. You must verify that all confirmation details are correct and that our service meets your requirements.
Payment
You will receive an invoice via email. The order is started when the invoice has been paid.
Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Delivery is usually done about 14 days after payment. If delivery is requested with faster delivery than about 14 days, the item must be ordered as an express order, depending on the size of the order, an express fee will be charged.
Complaint/Return
In case of a complaint about neon signs, all the product must be returned to Access PR within 10 days of receiving the products, together with a written explanation of the reason for the return. No liability for errors will be processed by Access PR unless a written order was originally delivered. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. In the case of defects in the product, Aceess PR is the fault and sends out a new product. Orders cannot be canceled due to accidental errors in products that can be repaired.
Packing and Transport
Goods will be packaged safely before shipment. Access PR A/S is not responsible for any delay, damage or loss of items after they are dispatched from our supplier. Requirements for damage in transit should be made to the air carriers supplying the goods immediately upon receipt.
